Here are the answers to your questions about pricing, the number of users and the included services.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. The amounts shown in the tables do not include VAT. Prices are expressed per month, but payment is annual.
Is the price per user or for the entire plan?
It is the monthly price for the entire plan for the corresponding user range. For example, the plan for 1 to 5 users costs €10 per month, excluding VAT, with annual payment.
Does the administrator count as a user?
Yes. Each plan includes one administrator account, which counts towards the total number of users. If you need more than one administrator, ask us about the available terms.
Can I change plans if my team grows?
Yes. You can adjust your plan to match your company's new number of users. Contact us to arrange the change to the appropriate user range.
What is included in the price?
Use of the RClock platform, one administrator account included in the total number of contracted users, maintenance, updates, database backups, security measures and technical support.
Can I try RClock before making a decision?
You can try RClock for 30 days with no commitment to see whether it suits your company. During this period, if you are not satisfied, we will refund the full amount.
What if I need a customised plan?
If you need more administrators, a different user range or a price marked as "Enquire", call us on 972 106 097 or email us at info@rclock.cat.
